1. ONLINE CONTRACT
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products by you via Bimbomania Srl website www.shoppybaby.it and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
2. HOW TO ORDER
You can order through our website www.shoppybaby.it by choosing one or more products included in our catalog. Each product chart includes: price, description, pictures. Cart will show all the choosen products, individual prices, quantities, delivery methods, payment methods and total price.

3. SUPPLY
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
At the time of publication all product descriptions are accurate, errors and omissions accepted. Representations of colours are approximate, due to the limitations of photographic and printing processes. All measurements and weights are approximate.
We endeavour to ensure that all prices and specifications are correct. However, we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications as necessary.
5. PAYMENTS
International purchases can only be made with credit cards and Paypal. (www.paypal.com)
Bimbomania Srl welcomes payment on www.shoppybaby.it by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.
All credit cards information ( number, expiration date, name ) are sent to our bank secure server through an encrypted protocol. All credit card payments happens between you ( client ) and our bank. Bimbomania Srl will never be in contact with clients credit card numbers.
6. PRICING
All prices are in Euro (€) and all prices are correct at the point of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email. Previously viewed prices are not accepted and will be refused. Sale prices are available only while stocks last. Bimbomania Srl reserve the right to change and amend prices at anytime. You will only be charged the price displayed on our web site.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
We will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it and send a further email to confirm that we have processed your order.
8. DELIVERY
Foreign online orders are assigned to Mailboxes etc (UPS - DHL - FEDEX).
NO RESPONSIBILITY CAN BE CHARGED TO BIMBOMANIA SRL IN CASE OF LOSS, DAMAGING OR DELAYS IN CUSTOMS CLEARANCE WHICH MAY INCUR STORAGE OR OTHER CHARGES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
Goods will not be despatched until full payment is received for goods and delivery charges.
Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. It is the recipient’s responsibility to obtain details of these charges from Customers & Excise in the country to which the goods are being despatched.
Bimbomania Srl cannot be held responsible should local customers authorities wish to confiscate any particular item or charge any import duty.
If our shipping agent is unable to contact the recipient to arrange delivery, the card which was used for ordering will be charged for all monies accrued for holding the goods.
Bimbomania Srl cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for deliveries outside mainlined Italy

9. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused item provided if is returned in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with your receipt and within 10 days from receipt of goods, (exceptions apply for hygiene and safety reasons on some items such as toiletries, clothing and mattresses). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Bimbomania Srl cover almost all categories in the nursery market and all of our products are covered by a comprehensive Twelve Month Guarantee against manufacturing faults from date of receipt of goods. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty.

Defective Products

Products that are received damaged or faulty will be replaced or refunded. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights in the unlikely event that the goods do not meet a standard required by law.
